Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler checks into rehab

Singer getting treatment in California

Aerosmith singer Steve Tyler

Steve Tyler is seeking help in a rehabilitation centre in California.

The Aerosmith frontman, 60, is receiving treatment at Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena, reports TMZ. It's not known what he's being treatment for.

Steve – father of actress Liv Tyler – has admitted to getting involved with drugs in the past, but has been clean for over 20 years.

He is currently dating Erin Brady.

Steven’s rep declined to comment.
