Singer organises saucy birthday party

Mel B handcuffed husband Stephen Belafonte to a chair last night while 6 topless dancers performed for him.
The Spice Girl organised the raunchy surprise for his 33rd birthday.
Mel, 32, even took photos of the girls grinding up against the music producer.
‘They were provocative,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘Mel loved it.’
Over 200 guests were invited to the LA party.
Earlier this week Mel claimed that if sex was an Olympic sport, she'd win a gold medal!
