Heather Mills to release lifestyle book

Former model will offer health tips

Sir Paul McCartney's ex Heather Mills is writing a lifestyle manual.

Get Healthy With Heather, a 64-page book, will offer health tips on how to combat stress.

And the former model, 40, says the seasons play a big part in affecting mood.

‘Spring is in the air and this is a time for change, regeneration and new beginnings,’ writes Heather.

‘We all know sometimes that life’s problems can be overwhelming so it’s really important we learn to relax properly and iron out those everyday stresses and strains.

‘I feel invigorated by spring; the colours of nature seem brighter, re-energised by the extra warmth and light.’

She can better start writing a book; how to get wealthy with Heather. Instead of 64 pages it will probably get the size of an encyclopaedia
