Jodie Foster is said to have broken up with partner Cydney Bernard

Jodie Foster has split from her lesbian lover Cydney Bernard after 14 years together, according to US reports.

The pair, who have matching Tiffany eternity rings on their wedding fingers, are said to have had a series of rows.

It was only in December that Jodie, 45, publicly admitted she was gay by paying tribute to movie producer Cydney, 54, at an awards ceremony.

The couple have 2 children - Kit, 6, and Charlie, 9 – who Jodie gave birth to.

‘Jodie breaking up with Cydney is shocking,’ a source tells National Enquirer.

‘She and Cydney have been together for so many years and have two children together, the potential fallout and legal wrangling from this split could be monumental.’

Jodie's rep was unavailable for comment.
