Cameron Diaz: I won't have any more cosmetic surgery

Actress thinks beauty comes from within

Cameron opts for a soft, casual hairstyle as she cracks a smile on the red carpet.

Cameron Diaz insists she won’t have any more cosmetic surgery.

She had some minor work done on her nose after a surfing accident in 2005.

But the actress says it was a one-off.

‘I’d never do anything else,’ she says. ‘I think beauty comes from the inside.’

And Cam, 35, reckons the older she gets the hotter she looks.

‘I feel I get better with age,’ she tells People.

‘I look at pictures of myself when I was 21 and think “Wow, I didn’t look so bad.”

'But I take more care of myself now, so in a way I feel I look better than I did then…I feel stronger and more confident.’
