SHOCK! Kim Cattrall didn't stay to watch Sex And The City: The Movie

Actress went to have dinner instead

Kim lives up to her vixen alter ego Samantha Jones in a red Vivienne Westwood dress.

Kim Cattrall didn’t stay to watch the world premiere of Sex And The City: The Movie on Monday.

Instead, the actress slipped out of the Odeon cinema in Leicester Square to have dinner with co-star Mario Cantone, who plays wedding planner Anthony.

But to avoid rumours of a rift between the girls, a spokesman initially said the four main stars watched the film.

It was later confirmed Kim, 51, skipped the preview.

‘The reason that Kim and Mario did not watch the film is that they promised their families that they would watch it for the first time together in New York,’ publicist Ruth Dallatt tells the Daily Mail.

It is also rumoured Kim and co-star Sarah Jessica Parker, 43, ignored each other at the after party at Old Billingsgate.

'It was pretty strange,' an insider tells the Daily Mirror. 'They made such a show if unity on the red carpet earlier.'
