Ginger said to have made changes to a Bible reading at kid's christening

Geri Halliwell has been updating the Bible, according to a source.
Ginger Spice is said to have made changes to a religious text read at her child's baptism.
At her daughter Bluebells christening, Geri asked David Walliams to read a passage from the Bible, a source tells the Mail On Sunday.
The odd thing was she had rewritten parts, saying it would read better.
Geri, 35, recently launched her first childrens book Eugenia Lavender.

The bible could use some rewriting, esp. if you're stuck in the King James version. Geminate, the bible may be the Word of God, but they aren't the "words" of God. They're the words of God's people, infallible, biased, limited in vision and education. They didn't take dictation from God.
Who cares? The bible is just fairy tales anyway.
"I think it's great. Good for her! The Bible is only 'living' if it's in todays language and understandable. Translate, translate and then translate it some more. Make it real for today's thinkers." Wow. Nothing says "lie your **** off and translate the bible to then cover said ****" like your post. Way to go, moron. You've just crystallized the whole problem with christianity.
who does that dum tramp think she is she got no ryt doing that
"I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in his book. And if anyone takes away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book" Revelation ch22 v19. Be very very careful Geri. It's God's Word, not to be meddled with.
