Newly single Kym Ryder turned heads at the British Soap Awards in London earlier this month when she arrived in a stunning canary yellow Philip Armstrong bandeau-style dress, accessorised with an impressive £4,500 worth of diamonds.

Kym, 31, has been snapped with with former Manchester United footballer Lee Sharpe, 36, but the Coronation Street star laughs off suggestions they are dating telling Now: ‘I’m not dating Lee, it’s not true!’

A close friend explains: ‘Kym judged a beauty contest in Manchester a couple of weeks ago and that’s where those pictures were taken. She only met Lee briefly.

'And as for the rumours about Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas? Rubbish, too!”
