Singer hopes to make £3m profit from sale of Ashcombe House
Wednesday, 7 May 2008
Madonna is said to be selling her luxurious 8-bedroom country mansion.
The Material Girl has put Ashcombe House estate in Wiltshire on the market for £12m £3m more than she paid for it in 2001.
Its thought that Madonna, 49, doesnt think its worth keeping because she doesnt spend enough time there.
She has been touring and promoting for months and not visited, a source tells The Sun.
The family had a routine of going to the Kabbalah centre on Saturday mornings in London, then traveling to Ashcombe and spend the weekend riding, shooting and jogging. But it hasnt happened much lately.
so she's tired of being lady of the manor house? or not wanting to wait for Guy to be knighted anymore?
or is it that she can't afford the house anymore with her new record not doing well

1 lucky reader will win the Wild Child goodie bag and 2 runners-up will get the DVD
