Davina McCall quits presenting to follow acting dream

Big Brother star wants to take on more serious roles

Davina McCall has decided to quit presenting Big Brother.

The TV star wants to pursue an acting career after she finishes filming the 9th series of the reality TV show in September.

She has even hired Michael Foster, the man behind Billie Piper’s transformation from singer to actress.

‘After doing so many series of Big Brother she’s become bored,’ an insider tells the News Of The World.

‘She’s very excited and convinced that Michael can turn her into a serious actor.’

Davina, 40, has a role in flop ITV sitcom Sam’s Game 7 years ago.
