Wednesday, 7 May 2008
Uma Thurman has won her case against a man she accused of stalking her for three years.
Jack Jordan, 37, faces up to a year in jail after being found guilty of stalking and aggravated harassment in a New York court.
The former psychiatric patient became obsessed with the Hollywood star in 2005.
Uma, 38, said she felt 'sick' after receiving a series of disturbing cards including one showing a razor blade and a gravestone marked RIP.
The unemployed lifeguard tried to get inside Uma's trailer on the set of My Super Ex-Girlfriend and even threatened suicide if she started dating.
It was almost like a nightmare - it was scary, she told the court.
Judge Gregory Carro ordered Jordan be remanded in custody for psychiatric evaluation.
