Kevin Federline's lawyers have agreed Britney can see more of her boys

Britney Spears has been granted increased visitation rights to her 2 sons by an LA court.

Ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyer agreed the singer is doing well recovering from her recent troubles.

'It is a cautious step, but a stop forward nonethless,' said attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Britney attended the hearing with her parents, Jamie, 55, and Lynne, 52, who couldn’t be happier.

‘We are so pleased at Britney's progress and we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this,’ they said in a statement.

K-Fed, 30, won full custody of Jayden James, 20 months, and Sean Preston, 2, in January.

Brit, 26, is due back in court in July.
