Gwyneth Paltrow feared she was 'past it'

Hollywood star thought Hollywood might forget her

Gwyneth Paltrow is delighted that movie makers didn't forget her while she was taking time out to have her children.

She's now busy promoting new movie Iron Man and grateful she's still in demand.

‘I’ve been away from Hollywood for a long time and so I’m pleased to have been remembered and given this opportunity,’ she tells London’s Heart radio.

‘There are so many younger, prettier actresses in Hollywood that I didn’t think producers would pick me.

‘Hollywood does have a short memory and can forget you but I’m happy things have changed now and actresses can have both.'

Gwyneth, 35, is mum to Apple, 4, and Moses, 2, with musician husband Chris Martin, 30.
