Killer heels said to have taken toll on star's spine

Gwyneth Paltrow has been snapped visiting a London back specialist.
The actress is said to have received treatment at Dr Nish Joshi's clinic in Wimpole Street because her towering high heels have affected her posture.
She underwent a session of acupuncture and massage to realign her spine and relieve tension, according to reports.
But Gwyn, 35, was back in her heels when she continued her promotional duties for film Iron Man in New York this week and admitted she’s broken her toes 30 times in the past.
‘I don't know what's wrong with me,’ she told US chat show host David Letterman.
‘Say there's a coffee table that's been there 8 years. One day I'll just not know it's there and bash into it and break my toe. It’s inexplicable.
‘I'm a very capable heel walker but I had trouble with my knee while I was making the film and sometimes on stairs it hurts.’
Gwyneth raised eyebrows when she arrived at a screening at New York's Tribeca Grand Hotel in a seethrough, bondage-style black outfit on Monday.
The racy garment was designed by Stella McCartney.
