Lily Allen says the stress of doing her chat show Lily Allen And Friends has made her pile on the pounds.
‘I don't look great at all. I've put on so much weight with all the stress of my TV show,’ says the singer, who this week has been helping pal Mark Ronson move into his new home.
’Now the show is over I am sure I will lose some weight, just naturally as well as exercising in the gym twice a week,’ she tells Grazia. 'I hate fat tummies so I hope it goes by the summer.'
Lily Allen And Friends has been recommissioned for a second series.
