Harry Potter star may finally get a chance to meet girl who stole his heart

A mystery girl who captured Daniel Radcliffe’s heart at a recent celeb bash has responded to a newspaper appeal to come forward.

The Harry Potter star spotted her at an Australian awards ceremony - but she disappeared before he got a chance to speak to her.

Soon after, he made an emotional appeal in an Aussie newspaper to try to find her.

‘There was one girl there, oh my god, she had these eyes that just looked at me like she wanted to pounce on me,’ he told Australia’s Daily Telegraph.

‘She stared at me the whole night and I was going to get her number and then I couldn't find her. I must have walked around that party for an hour trying to look for this girl, like some sad pathetic dweeb.’

Now Cassi McKay, 20, an insurance worker from Sydney, has come forward to say she was the girl Daniel, 18, spotted.

Although she's planning to fly to London for a holiday next week, she says she won’t try to meet up with Daniel as Cassi already has a boyfriend, reports The Sun.
