Cheeky Girl Gabriela Irimia announces engagement to MP Lembit Opik
Cheeky Girl Gabriela Irimia today revealed that she is to marry MP Lembit Opik.
He proposed in Rome last week with a platinum Tiffany diamond ring.
'When I said yes he started to cry. I was so happy that I just kept smiling and laughing,' Gabriela, 25, says.
The couple met 18 months ago on Five's All Star Talent Show. At the time Lembit, 43, was engaged to weather girl Sian Lloyd, 49.
'I hope people will now be happy for us, even those who've been negative,' Lembit tells The Sun.
