Heather Mills to lose rights to her private beach?
Heather Mills could face losing her private beach if a new government bill is passed.
The model has a £2.5m seaside home near Brighton, which she won in her divorce settlement with Sir Paul McCartney.
But the Marine Bill could open up thousands of miles of English coastline – including Heather's exclusive stretch of beach – to the public.
This could lower the value of the property by £500,000, reports the Sunday People.
The news is likely to be a huge blow to security conscious Heather, 40, who has said she fears being attacked.
She was awarded £24.3m in her divorce settlement with Paul, 65. They share custody of daughter Beatrice, 4.
