Heather Mills could face losing her private beach if a new government bill is passed.
The model has a £2.5m seaside home near Brighton, which she won in her divorce settlement with Sir Paul McCartney.
But the Marine Bill could open up thousands of miles of English coastline including Heather's exclusive stretch of beach to the public.
This could lower the value of the property by £500,000, reports the Sunday People.
The news is likely to be a huge blow to security conscious Heather, 40, who has said she fears being attacked.
She was awarded £24.3m in her divorce settlement with Paul, 65. They share custody of daughter Beatrice, 4.
