Babyshambles frontman sent material to work on
Tuesday, 15 April 2008
Pete Doherty is still working with his band Babyshambles even though he's in jail.
The band's frontman has been sent rough cuts of their new album to keep him busy.
'We'll send Pete the first nine burns so that he can work on them in there,' drummer Adam Ficek tells the Sunday People.
'It will give him something to keep him occupied, keep him focused and remind him that outside we're all holding the fort for him.
'As soon as he gets out it will be business as usual.'
Pete, 29, was sentenced to 14 weeks for violating his probation and drugs offences.
