Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are said to be planning to finally tie the knot this summer.
Nicole, 26, gave birth to their daughter Harlow in January. She has been engaged to Joel, 29, since last year.
And the first guest on Nicole's list is best pal Paris Hilton, 27, who's dating Joel's twin brother Benji, 29..
