Cate Blanchett gives birth to boy

Third son Ignatius born in Sydney

Cate Blanchett gave birth to her third child yesterday.

The actress and husband Andrew Upton welcomed Ignatius Martin Upton into the world at a Sydney hospital.

‘All are well and very happy,’ spokesman Tim McKeough tells the BBC.

Cate, 38, and Andrew already have 2 sons - Dashiell John, 6, and Roman Robert, 3.
