Sunday, 13 April 2008
Britney Spears was involved in a car crash on Saturday night.
The singer, 26, spent most of the day at her Studio City home but went for a drive in her Mercedes SL with her bodyguard in the evening.
A collision occured at 8.20pm on the northbound 404 motorway when Britney's car is reported to have shunted the one in front.
'Nobody was injured. She failed to notice that the vehicle in front of her had come to a complete stop,' California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball tells E! Online.
'She attempted to brake but failed to stop her vehicle prior to colliding with a 2006 Nissan.'
The Nissan is believed have been pushed into a third vehicle.
