Alex Curran says she never goes out without her Bridget Jones pants

WAG admits she wears unflattering big knickers

Alex Curran has revealed she wears Marks & Spencer’s bodyshaping knickers underneath her designer frocks.

'I always wear the shorts on a night out,’ she says. ‘Even on days when I don’t feel I need them.

'I put them on because they give you that extra bit of confidence and they stop you slouching.’

Alex, 25, thinks the Bridget Jones style pants are a better option than a strict diet.

'I don’t diet, I just try to be as healthily as I can be,’ she tells Fabulous.

‘It's really important not to make your life revolve around food. If you're thinking about it all the time, it just gets you down.’

Alex is married to Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard,27.
