Singer re-creates 60s pose for men's mag cover

Jessica Simpson has posed for pics covered in shaving foam and dragging a razor down her cheek.

In the 60s-style photo the singer recreates a famous shot used on the cover of Esquire in 1965. The original was posed by Italian actress Verna Lisi.

And Jess, 27, loved doing the photo shoot.

'The whole shaving thing was a blast,' she tells Esquire.

The snap will appear on the cover of the May issue, along with pictures of Jessica posing in a skimpy swimsuit.
