Guy Ritchie plans weekend house party for Madonna’s 50th birthday
Guy Ritchie is said to be planning a surprise birthday weekend for Madonna.
The singer turns 50 in August and it's thought husband Guy, 39, has arranged a country-themed party at their £9 million estate in Ashcombe.
‘Madonna’s birthday falls on a Saturday and Guy is planning a riding, clay-pigeon shooting and English manor-themed weekend,’ a pal reveals.
‘Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin and Vinnie Jones will be joining them and will have to dress in tweeds.’
But pals are worried she won’t enjoy herself.
‘Madonna won’t object to clay pigeon shooting, but she’s not great at it and doesn’t enjoy it,’ the friend tells the Mail On Sunday.
‘She’d rather just have a holiday.’
Madonna celebrates her half-century on 16 August.
