Singer to spend more time with Jayden and Sean as her behaviour improves
Monday, 7 April 2008
Britney Spears may be given permission to have overnight access with her sons.
The singer currently sees Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2, for day visits, as agreed by ex husband Kevin Federline, 30.
But Kevin's lawyer says that if her behaviour continues to improve, she may be able to see the boys for longer periods.
'Britney's progress over the last two months is good,' Mark Vincent Kaplan tells America's OK!
'We need to see a steady, consistent trend of behaviour for a while. The goal is consistency over time with nothing at all out of the ordinary.
'Kevin's goal involves primary custody but also involves his desire to see Britney become, over time, a solid and substantial figure in her boys' lives,' he adds.
Britney, 26, lost visitation rights to the boys in January following a bizarre stand-off with police. Her dad Jamie is currently in control of her affairs and is credited with getting her back on track.
