Couple snapped admiring baby scan

Coronation Street couple Tina O’Brien and Ryan Thomas were snapped admiring their first baby scan yesterday outside a Cheshire hotel.

The pair, who were seen kissing and rubbing Tina’s tum, announced on Saturday they’re expecting their first child together. Tina is due to give birth in October.

And Tina, 24, who was last seen as Sarah Grimshaw on Corrie in December, is chuffed.

‘It came as a bit of a surprise, but we’re both delighted,’ she says. ‘We’re over the moon, but now we’ve got so much to organise that things are a bit of a blur.

'My family and friends have been really lovely and I think Ryan will make a great dad.’

Ryan, 23, who plays Jason Grimshaw in the soap, says: ‘I can’t wait for October to come. It’s a bit daunting, but very exciting for both of us.’
