Heather Mills is voted UK’s most hated celebrity

Paul McCartney's ex is star TV viewers would like to fire

Heather Mills has been voted the celebrity that TV viewers most love to hate.

MSN compiled a survey in honour of the return of The Apprentice, asking over 9,000 viewers which celebrity they’d most like to fire in the style of TV boss Sir Alan Sugar.

Over 40% of voters nominated Heather, 40, who received a £24.3 million divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney last month.

‘Heather Mills’ recent public outcries, strange outfits and court case have evidently not been a hit with MSN voters,’ MSN’s entertainment editor Mike Lok says.

David Beckham, 32, came third, shortly behind Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
