Leona Lewis turns 23 today – and to celebrate Simon Cowell and her record label bosses threw a lavish birthday party at New York’s River Café.
Music bigwigs wanted to thank the singer for topping the US singles chart last week with hit single Bleeding Love.
The X Factor winner has been celebrating non-stop.
‘I went out last Friday in LA to celebrate Bleeding Love reaching No1 out here and had a great night,’ she writes on her blog, ‘My mates gave me a surprise and popped party-poppers and had huge balloons and a cake.’
