Strictly Come Dancing presenter eats healthily
Saturday, 6 September 2008
Tess Daly insists she'd never resort to starving herself to stay thin.
'I modelled for ten years and saw so many eating disorders,' she says.
'I saw so many girls faint, and look grey and pale from not eating.
'It made me think: "I'm never going to put myself through this."'
Tess, 37, says her sensible attitude is down to her parents.
'When you grow up in the kind of family I was raised in, it wouldn't be tolerated not to have three meals a day,' she says.
Tess presents Strictly Come Dancing with Bruce Forsyth, 80.
