Footie star dreaded stripping off for Armani

David Beckham has admitted he was worried about stripping off for Emporio Armani – because he knew his mum would disapprove.
The footie star posed for the raunchy ad campaign last year, which was plastered on huge advertising billboards around the world.
But Becks, 32, says his mum wasn’t too happy about it.
‘I was so nervous about doing that campaign [because] I've never done a photo shoot in my underwear,’ he tells Jay Leno on The Tonight Show.
‘When the photos came out, my mum was the first one to call me and say: “What are you doing?”
'Luckily I've not been in the car with her when we’ve driven past one of the billboards.’
