Studios want the single for a movie theme

Leona Lewis’s hit Bleeding Love is such a sensational song for a film theme, American movie executives are battling to secure the rights.
The single shot to the top of the US charts last week.
‘A number of huge offers are on the table,’ says a source.
‘The bids for Bleeding Love are staggering. They’re into seven figures. The offers are for major blockbusters — some just around the corner. It could turn the song into the biggest hit this decade — like a new I Will Always Love You.'
The 22-year-old from the London borough of Hackney is now a hot commodity worldwide.
‘Leona is now being seen as a brand rather than just a singer,’ the source tells The Sun. ‘She has had some head-turning offers to endorse fashion and beauty products.’
Mentor Simon Cowell, 48, is delighted but doesn't want his protegee to get overwhelmed.
‘Leona is a great role model for young people on both sides of the Atlantic,' he says. 'She has an incredible future ahead - but I only want her to do it if she's happy and enjoying herself.'
