Daniel Craig: James Bond should be bisexual

Actor says he’s got a big gay following

Daniel Craig reckons it wouldn't be a bad idea if James Bond became bisexual.

‘Why not?’ he says. ‘I think in this day and age fans would accept it. No one blinks an eye.’

Daniel, 40, admits the role as 007 has now given him a big gay following.

‘I was out recently and all these gay guys were over me like a rash,’ he tells the Daily Star. ‘But for some reason they never ask about the Bond plot!’

In new movie The Quantum Of Solace, the secret agent - who’s usually seen behind the wheel of an Aston Martin - drives a dinky £8,000 Ford Ka.

‘When the Ka arrived on set everyone thought it was a wind-up,’ a source tells the News Of The World. ‘Bond is famous for his high-powered flash motors. It’s part of the man’s make-up, but this isn’t sexy.

‘Daniel knew he was getting a ribbing from the crew. The good news is that James will be back in an Aston later in this film.’
