EMI cutbacks mean no more handouts for family and friends
Friday, 28 March 2008
Kylie Minogue’s parents will have to buy their own tickets if they want to to see their daughter perform at Glastonbury this year, despite the fact she's headlining the event.
The singer’s record label EMI is going through a tough time and cutbacks mean no more freebie tickets for friends and family, reports the Daily Mirror.
So if they fancy a trip to the Somerset music festival, 39-year-old Kylie’s mum Carol and dad Ron will have to apply online for tickets along with the rest of us.
The Glastonbury Festival takes place over 27-29 June.
