Daniel Craig and Satsuki Mitchell take romantic break

James Bond star jets off to the Galapagos Islands

Daniel Craig has taken his producer girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell on holiday to an exclusive ‘honeymoon’ resort – and it's rumoured the trip is to celebrate the couple getting engaged.

Earlier this month it was claimed that the Bond star popped the question on the set of the latest 007 movie, Quantum Of Solace.

Now the pair are thought to have jetted to the Galapagos Islands to celebrate with a break at the £400-a-night Royal Palm Hotel.

‘They’ll be welcome if they return on honeymoon,’ an islander tells the Daily Star.

Daniel, 40, met Satsuki, 29, in 2005 on the set of thriller The Jacket, in which he starred alongside Keira Knightley.

A spokesman for Daniel refused to comment on any wedding plans.
