Simon Cowell carjacking target warn police

He drives world's most expensive car to the office

Simon Cowell is at risk of carjackers who could to get their hands on his £800,000 Bugatti.

The TV star owns a Bugatti Veyron 16.4 - one of the world's most expensive cars - and uses it to drive to work every day in California.

But LA police think he's taking a huge risk.

'He's got the most stand-out vehicle in a city where there are thousands of expensive vehicles,' a senior police officer tells the Daily Star Sunday.

'It's a car that almost begs to be stolen and professional villains would have no trouble establishing his daily route then striking at a strategic point.'

A spokesman for Simon, 48, refused to comment on the potential risk: 'We don't discuss his possessions - or his personal security.'
