PM Gordon Brown: Amy Winehouse is misunderstood

Trouble diva has a fan at 10 Downing Street

Prime Minister Gordon Brown thinks Amy Winehouse's songs are fantastic.

'Amy is incredibly talented, with an incredible voice,' he tells the Daily Mirror.

'I'm a big fan. She may be troubled but as much as anything I think she's simply misunderstood.

'She is as talented as she is misunderstood.'

Gordon loves Back To Black and listens to all kinds of music.

The PM also enjoys Coldplay, U2 and Leona Lewis.
