Denise Van Outen: My toyboy Lee wears the trousers

He's 7 years younger but Denise doesn't boss Lee Mead around

When Denise Van Outen became a judge on reality show Any Dream Will Do, she had no idea she'd end up in bed with the winning contestant.

But after Lee Mead, 26, won the part of Joseph in Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in June last year, he also walked off with Denise's heart.

'He has his own unique style of performing,' she enthused. 'The next time he lands a role as a leading man, can he put me forward to be the leading lady?'

The pair remained pals and became an item 4 months ago. At 33, Capital Radio presenter Denise is 7 years older than her man.

'I don’t really notice the age gap,' Denise tells Now. 'Anyway, Lee’s more mature than some of the guys I’ve dated who are 10 years older than me!

'I like the man to be a man. Lee appears to be shy, but he’s just humble about the whole Joseph experience.'
