Singer makes good impression on first day on set of How I Met Your Mother

Britney Spears is really enjoying filming her cameo appearance in a US sitcom.
Yesterday the troubled singer filmed her first scenes in LA as a love-struck receptionist in How I Met Your Mother.
‘Working on the show has been so terrific,’ she says.
‘Everyone, including the cast, the crew and the producers, has been wonderful and Abby is such a fun girl to play. I'm having a blast!’
And Britney, 26, impressed her co-star Josh Radnor by turning up punctually at 7.30am.
‘It pains me to report that on the first day of the shoot, Britney knew her lines better than I knew mine,’ he tells the Daily Mirror. ‘She's been great to work with.’
Bosses reckon the episode, which airs on 24 March in the States, will be a must-see.
‘Britney’s not playing a version of herself,’ show creator Craig Thomas tells Us Weekly. ‘I think that’s part of what appealed to her.’
