Actress Natalie Cassidy - aka EastEnders' Sonia Fowler - has treated herself to a holiday to celebrate the massive success of her fitness DVD.
Natalie Cassidy's Then & Now Workout shows how 'Fat Sonia' became Sexy Nat - and inspired the nation.
The actress, who also had a boob job to boost her bust from a 36B to 36D, was snapped showing off her new toned figure in a tiny bikini while lounging on the beach in the Algarve, Portugal.
'I feel happier, prettier and more womanly than ever,' she says.
Nat, 24, has lost 2½ stone since leaving Albert Square last year with the help of a healthy new diet and exercise regime.
And to make sure she stays trim, she even took her personal trainer Dee Thresher with her for the sunshine break.
