SHOCK! Kate Hudson in gun drama
A man was arrested by police outside Kate Hudson’s New York home yesterday on suspicion of carrying a gun.
The actress and her son Ryder, 4, were believed to be inside the house while the man was disarmed by police.
‘It was absolute mayhem,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘You get calls of a gun being seen and the police throw everything at it. So there were helicopters and Swat squads, the lot. I was moved back but I could see a guy on the ground in handcuffs.’
But TMZ are now reporting that the gun may have been a prop being used by student filmmakers to shoot a short movie.
The suspected gunman is said to have had no idea Kate, 28, lived in the building.
