George Clooney is NOT engaged to Sarah Larson

Actor releases statement through publicist

George Clooney’s publicist has dismissed reports the actor is engaged to girlfriend Sarah Larson.

The couple have only been dating for less than a year, but an Italian newspaper recently claimed they were planning to get married in secret.

George’s publicist has set the record straight.

‘These reports are not true,’ Stan Rosenfield tells People.

Sarah, 29, accompanied George, 46, to the Oscars last month. She may not be his fiancée but she is the first girlfriend he's ever taken to the prestigious event.
