Onlookers say the troubled star, 26, tried to conceal her expanding midriff behind her bag.
‘Everyone's buzzing about a possible pregnancy,’ a source tells the Daily Mail.
‘Britney's denying she's expecting but with her, anything's possible.’
Earlier this week Britters was seen visiting a medical centre in LA with dad Jamie.
Her relationship with on-off paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, 35 - which began before Christmas - appears to be on again.
In January he and Britney were seen buying a pregnancy test together 'for a friend' but then candid snaps appeared to show the singer was having her period.
