Singer said to be struggling after miscarriage

Lily Allen is reportedly seeking help for depression at a top London clinic.

The singer, 22, recently split with The Chemical Brothers’ Ed Simons, 37, after miscarrying his baby and friends say she’s struggling to cope.

‘The last couple of months have been really hard for Lily,’ says a pal.

‘She was so happy to be pregnant and was willing to give up her showbiz life to settle down and start a family. Her miscarriage was a huge blow and she hasn’t really recovered.’

It’s understood that Lily leaves the residential clinic to host her TV show Lily Allen And Friends.

‘She’s responding well to treatment and is please that she’s being allowed out to film her TV show and keep in touch with the friends supporting her,’ the pal tells The Sun.

A rep for Lily had no comment.
