Victoria Beckham visits US gynaecologist

Is Posh pregnant again at last?

Victoria Beckham has been seen leaving the gynaecology department of a Beverly Hills medical centre, sparking rumours she's pregnant for the 4th time.

Posh, 33, and husband David, 32, have made no secret of the fact they'd love a sister for sons Brooklyn, 9, Romeo, 5, and 3-year-old Cruz.

The couple hinted that they'd try for a baby once the Spice Girls tour had finished - and the final show was in Toronto on 26 February.

(Looks like they're slightly ahead of schedule!)

Victoria and David are so keen to expand their family, they're also said to be considering adopting an African baby girl after the football star's recent visit to Sierra Leone.
