Holly Willoughby: Diets are dull - give me chocolate ice cream

The Dancing On Ice host hates talking about weight

Holly Willoughby's low-cut dresses on Dancing On Ice got more media attention than the skaters' performances.

So how does the 27-year-old TV host feel about the tabloid frenzy over her boobs?

'It was very weird and surprising,' she admits. 'I'd rather the fuss was about my presenting style rather than my breasts.

'Phillip [Schofield] found it hilarious. I think people aren't used to seeing normal size 12 women on TV any more. They mistake curves for being overtly sexual. Having boobs doesn't mean being undressed – it's just being a normal woman.'

Holly doesn't understand why so many women talk about their bodies incessantly.

'People are too obsessed about size,' she tells Now. 'It's your shape, so deal with it. If you don't want to be that size, go on a diet and do some exercise.

'I eat sensibly and look after myself, but I don't deny myself anything. I'm a big fan of chocolate Häagen-Dazs. I find talking about weight boring. That's where the subject ends for me.'
