X Factor judge reckons any wife would end up hating him

Simon Cowell will never become a husband.
The X Factor supremo is currently dating Terri Seymour, but he has no wish to end up fighting her in the divorce courts.
'I don't want to marry anyone, because whoever marries me will end up hating me,' he says.
'These divorce laws are thousands of years old. If I sign up a singer it'll be for 2 to 5 years and the contract covers everything. A marriage can last 6 months and people can go into it without signing anything.'
Simon, 48, also insists he doesn't need a piece of paper to be faithful to Terri, 33, because he's generally not tempted to stray.
'The current crop of actresses - Nicole Kidman and Kate Bosworth etc - they're just nothing,' he tells Glamour.
'There's nothing to fancy or fantasise about there. I like old-school glamour – Raquel Welch and Brigitte Bardot - voluptuous and naughty.
'I like the girl who's just copped off with the French President – Carla Bruni. That girl has got a very, very sexy face - it's naughty.'

I don't think Simon Cowell is marriage material (he's said so himself) but that's not to say that he isn't a good man. It is hard enough to stay together, married or not in the Hollywood scene and I think she has done the right thing. Six years is a long time to wait around. She should not "settle" but find that special someone who wants the same as she does and have children before the time runs out.
