Singer will take part ‘I’d rather go naked than wear fur’ campaign

Leona Lewis is the latest in a long line of celebrities to get naked for PETA.
The X Factor winner is a supporter of animal rights and will take part in the group’s ‘I’d rather go naked than wear fur’ campaign.
Leona, 22, will follow in the footsteps of stars including supermodel Janice Dickinson, 53, and singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor, 28, who have also posed for the pressure group.
‘She’s hugely proud to have been asked,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘She’s a strict vegetarian so it’s a cause close to her heart.’
Meanwhile, Leona’s manager Richard Griffiths has revealed that she won’t tour for another 2 years.
‘We’ve no tour plans until 2010,’ he says. ‘We’ll make her album the biggest in the world, then make another LP in 2009 and tour on the back of it.’
