Mischa Barton charged with DUI and drug possession

Actress accepts responsibilty for moment of madness

Mischa Barton has been charged with 4 driving offences following her arrest on 27 December, police have confirmed.

The LA District Attorney is charging the actress with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher, driving without a licence and possession of marijuana, reports TMZ.

Mischa was pulled over in West Hollywood last year after cops said she ‘was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.’

The 22-year-old has since admitted she was totally to blame for the incident.

She will appear in court again tomorrow.
