SHOCK! Naomi Campbell has emergency surgery

Supermodel taken to hospital in Brazil

Naomi Campbell underwent emergency surgery in Brazil yesterday.

‘She was admitted to hospital last night to have a small cyst removed,’ her spokesperson tells the Daily Mirror.

‘Following the successful procedure, she is now resting and is looking forward to getting back to work. She would like to thank the doctors who have kindly looked after her.’

Naomi, 37, was treated at the Sirio Libanes Hospital in Sao Paulo by Dr Jose Aristodeme Pinotti.

'I operated and she is cured completely,' he tells The Sun. 'It was an emergency operation - but it went well.'

The 4½-hour op is believed to have been an abdominal prodedure.
